TERMS & CONDITIONS
We aim to dispatch orders received before 11.00am Monday to Friday, on the same day, but please allow 1 – 4 working days.
Please note we do not guarantee delivery, and cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, and no refunds will be paid for late deliveries. We do not dispatch on Bank Holidays, and are closed in the period between Christmas and New Year. Please be aware that deliveries in the period before Christmas may take longer.

UK Express Delivery (Monday to Friday only)
UK £6.95 Available for orders placed between 5.30pm and 10am.
The Express Delivery Service is courier collection dependent so please allow up to 2 working Days – 95% are delivered in 1 Day.
Goods ordered on a Friday may not be delivered until the Tuesday following.
Items will be dispatched via a signed for service, and will require a signature upon delivery, so please arrange for goods to be shipped to an address where you know someone will be available.

Generally our overseas delivery costs are as listed below but in the first instance please contact us, by using the contact form on this website, with details of your order, so that we can calculate the best possible delivery cost to you.
Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that Arabesque cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
We do carry an extensive range of stock, but there may be occasions when we are out of stock of a particular item. Usually if we are out of stock of the item you have ordered we will place it on ‘back order’ and send it to you when in stock. If you require an item for a critical date, i.e. for an exam, audition or show, please allow up to 14 days when ordering, or contact us beforehand to check stock levels. Please note that we are closed at weekends, public holidays and between 24th December and the 3rd January.
MADE TO ORDER
Stock with the Status “Made to Order” carries a minimum 10 day turn around. This can be longer if outside services are required. I.e Printing or Embroidery. Please call 01702 346046 for advice.
Note: When Purchasing “Made to Order” Items, if Express Delivery is chosen at checkout a “Made to Order” item can only be shipped Express on manufacturing completion.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
Payment is via PAYPAL/CREDIT/DEBIT CARD This facility provides you with the peace of mind that your payment is secure.
Payment will appear on your card statement as “PAYPAL *ARABESQUE” or “PAYPAL *ARABESQUE DANCEWEAR”
All our prices are quoted in GBP Sterling inclusive of VAT where applicable.
In the event of price changes from our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly, and without notice.
Refunds can only be credited to the PayPal account or credit or debit card used when purchasing.
If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund you once we have received and checked the item. Please ensure items are handled with care, not marked when trying them on and returned in their original packaging. We are unable to refund or exchange items that have been marked, or show signs of wear.
Due to hygiene reasons, tight and underwear etc are not refundable once opened, unless faulty. Special order items that are not regular stock items also cannot be refunded.
When returning items for refund it is your responsibility to return the items at your cost. It may be advisable to use a tracking service as we cannot refund where a parcel has been lost. We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 28 days when we are busy. Please enclose a copy of your invoice/sales receipt, with a covering note showing your contact details, the invoice/sales receipt number and your reason for the return.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please Note: Returned items are strictly only processed at the return address given above in accordance with the terms above. We will not process or be responsible for returns sent to any other of our business addresses nor bare any extra costs for there subsequent return.
FAULTY & INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS
In an instance where a garment is faulty or incorrectly shipped we will replace the same item and your return postage will be refunded in accordance with the Returns Policy above. If your return is urgent also use the Contact us form. We will then endeavour, subject to availability replace the item by return on receipt of the faulty or incorrectly shipped item.
